GAP Leadership Project
The Graduate Development Programme (GAP) is a fundamental aspect of Old Mutual's
transformation drive. The programme aims to attract, develop and retain
graduates into Old Mutual (Namibia).
The recruitment process targets final year and post graduate students across a
diversity of fields such as:
- Properties
- Quantity Surveying
- Commerce
- Accounting
- Economics
- Engineering
- Information Systems
- Marketing
- Law
- Business Science
- Business Management
Successful candidates should have:
- Good academics.
- Extra Curriculur Involvement.
- High Achievement Orientation.
Graduate Development Programme – GAP
The aim is to grow and develop scarce skills and feed into the management
pipeline. Tenure is a fixed-term contract (18 months).
Recruitment and selection process
Recruitment and selection is a three phase process which entails:
- University presentations, applications, shortlisting.
- Interviews and psychometric testing.
- Final selection and offer of employment.
