Staff Community Builder

This is an internal program which offers Old Mutual employees the opportunity to become involved in community projects of their choice. The Old Mutual Foundation makes funds available to projects that are well-managed and demonstrate commitment from the staff members involved. Through this, Old Mutual employees become valued resources in our communities by helping to improve the quality of life for others. In addition, our employees become a visible and tangible extension of our company’s mission, goals and values through this initiative.
