Old Mutual Group Schemes is a business unit within the Old Mutual Group that
focuses on the aspirers within the Namibian consumer market in the public,
private and informal sectors.
Old Mutual Group Schemes works in partnership with employers, representatives
from trade unions and other selected groups. The benefit of this approach is
that employees and or union members have easy access at their place of work, to
assurance products due to the partnership agreement.
Risk profile assessment and actuarial pricing are conducted on a group or
affinity basis. Due to the group-based assessment, individuals are not subjected
to detailed and lengthy underwriting requirements. Our products are also
available to individuals who do not necessarily belong to these groups.
