Old Mutual in partnership with Bank Windhoek currently offers the OMCARD, a transactional card under the Old Mutual brand. Due to a refocus in strategy, Old Mutual has decided to end this product offer from 18 July 2018. All OMCARD customers have the option to move directly to Bank Windhoek and their products. You will need to make your decision before 14 September 2018. After this date your card will not work any more.

First and foremost, their network of over 54 Branches across the whole of Namibia gives you more opportunity to visit your bank. The APP gives you even more access to both your account and the additional services offered by Bank Windhoek.
Yes. Your OMCARD account will be automatically transferred to Bank Windhoek on the 14th of September 2018, where upon your OMCARD card will no longer work. Should you not wish to continue, you can visit any branch of Bank Windhoek to close your account in the normal way.
