Online Secure Services

Old Mutual’s suite of internet-based self-help services offers the most convenient way to obtain and manage portfolio and investment information.

Respective self-help options are open to clients, retirement and medical scheme members, intermediaries, employers and other third-party entities. Registration and ongoing usage is free.

Notice for existing users:

We are upgrading our secure services website in January 2016. When you access MyPortfolio after the upgrade, you’ll create your own secure digital identity. We’ll send a verification code to the cellphone number you provide.

To be ready for this change, here’s what you need to do:

  • Log in and go to MyPortfolio.
  • Update your personal information and cellphone number in MyPortfolio. We’ll use this information when you create your secure digital identity.

In future, if you forget your password, username or want to unlock your profile, we’ll send an SMS to your linked cellphone number.
