Old Mutual has announced the appointment of Pieter Moller as Head: Broker Distribution within its Personal Finance business, effective 1 March 2026.

Moller brings a wealth of experience across the financial services sector, with a career that spans distribution leadership, business development, strategic partnerships, and operational management. He previously held senior positions within Old Mutual, including Head of Distribution: Retail Mass Market, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Business Development (Old Mutual Investment Group Namibia), and Retail Advice Centre Manager.

Moller holds a BA (Law), an LLB, and an MBA, and has completed executive programmes in management and distribution leadership.

Welcoming him to the role, Otto Makemba, Personal Finance Managing Director, said that Moller’s appointment reflects Old Mutual’s commitment to strengthening its broker distribution capability. “We are delighted to welcome Pieter back to Old Mutual.
