What is MyPortfolio?

MyPortfolio is a free and convenient online service for all Old Mutual customers. Once you have registered for MyPortfolio, you will enjoy the benefits of viewing and requesting changes to your entire Old Mutual portfolio online, anytime, at no extra charge to you.
What can I view?

With MyPortfolio you can view:

  • Detailed and up-to-date information on your Old Mutual policies and investments
  • Customised portfolio reports
  • Financial needs report
  • Copies of your annual statements, policy contracts and income tax certificates
  • Details of changes submitted online
  • Transaction statements for selected products

What can I change?

With MyPortfolio, you can request:

  • Changes to your personal and contact details
  • Changes to your banking and payment details
  • Changes to your beneficiaries including adding, removing and changing share allocation
  • Switches between funds on investment products

You can also submit scanned supporting documentation for the above changes online.
